Study Reveals New Connection Between Sleep and Pain

Sleep and pain are often interconnected. In a vicious circle, increased pain levels can cause worsened sleep and worsened sleep can cause increased pain levels. But there may be more to it than that. According to a new study, it’s possible that for young adults, sleep problems may actually predict the onset or continuance of chronic pain.
